Vinit Taneja

Vinit Taneja is the inspiring energy behind Tresonance Foundation. After a ‘hard knock’ in 1992 at the age of 35, Vinit stumbled upon his calling. This also led to the discovery of Tresonance framework and his life’s purpose of enabling individuals and organizations to discover and manifest their deeper calling.

Parenting is another passion for Vinit. He has a vision of being the best father in the world.

Besides these pursuits, Vinit helps build endearing and enduring institutions through Tresonance Consulting, where his focus is on aligning leadership, culture and systems of organizations around a higher purpose of being the best for the world. He is a facilitator, coach and consultant certified in culture transformation and change management by reputed international organizations.

Vinit is married to Renuka, a co-trustee of the Foundation. He is an Engineer from IIT Delhi and an MBA from IIM Calcutta. More about Vinit can be read on

Renuka Taneja

Renuka Taneja is the Founder of Windows the Art and Craft Corner, a studio established in 2000 with a vision to help children discover themselves, using art and craft medium, and manifest their true nature fearlessly. Over these years, around 1000 children have undertaken their Tresonance journey at Windows. Many of them, past their teens, have made out-of-the-box career choices in alignment with their thrill and skill and to benefit the larger good of humanity.

Renuka also works with teachers, administrators and corporates to help them connect with themselves more deeply through art. She has been partnering NGOs like CRY, WWF and PVR Nest to support use of creative arts for social change advocacy.

Renuka has taught or has been a jury at prestigious institutions like NIFT and DPS. She has also designed for well-known houses like Anokhi and Nurjehan.

She is a textile designer from NID, Ahmedabad and a Bachelor in Fine Arts, Graphics Design, from College of Art, Delhi.

Pranavi Jha

Pranavi is a coach and facilitator who supports the personal and professional transitions of Individuals. She has a 12-year grounding in Human Resources and has led talent and leadership development initiatives in companies across sectors such as telecommunication, consulting and manufacturing. Pranavi left her full time role in 2009 to travel and embark on a journey that led her to coaching.

Her two adorable daughters have greatly influenced Pranavi’s own Tresonance story. As she went through transitions, subsequent self-enquiry, discovery and decisions, Pranavi realized the importance of support along the way. She brings in her conversations, a space to be, explore freely and move forward without fear.

Pranavi graduated in Sociology and holds a masters in Human Resources from SIBM. She is a certified coach from Results Coaching Systems, Singapore and a member of International Coach Federation (ICF).

Madhur Upadhyay

One of Madhur’s most meaningful moments few years ago was when he was able to articulate in three words his calling: To Explore, To Serve and To Inspire. This has guided him all through his life and work around Applied Psychology, HR, Training, Consulting, Coaching, Assessing and loads of Trekking and Traveling. He is exploring with people both the inner world of dreams, calling, meaning, transitions and transformations and exploring the outer world of nature and cultures.

He has worked with students and professionals in different stages in their life across different cultures (India, Middle East, Nepal and USA), different sectors and domains (IT, ITES, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Academia, Banking & Insurance and Social Development sector).

Madhur has been certified in Competency Assessment by SHL; Global Professional in HR by SHRM; Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI); Personality & Preference Inventory (PAPI) and Basic Mountaineering Course by Nehru Institute of Mountaineering.

He has a Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (XLRI) and Masters in Applied Positive Psychology (University of Pennsylvania) and Bachelors in Applied Psychology (Delhi University).

Madhur is married to Upasana and they along with their chirpy toddler reside in NCR Delhi.

Aparna Mathur

“I want to be all used up when I die”-this quote by George Bernard Shaw is the mantra that Aparna lives by. It has led her to embrace diverse opportunities that have come her way with a quest for new learning and self growth. She is driven by the infinite capacity of the human mind and believes our life journey is about continuously pushing boundaries toward higher pursuits.

Her 19 year work career spans experience in sales and marketing and leadership development in varied industries from the media, engineering to consulting. Aparna’s ‘tresonance’ manifests in her work as a leadership coach and group facilitator. Her coach certification and intensive training in coaching are from Results Coaching Systems, Australia and the Center for Creative Leadership, Singapore. She has worked as a volunteer counselor with Sanjivini, an emotional counseling centre in Delhi.
